Eligibility: All items must be returned in as-sold condition, in original packaging and cannot be accepted if any tags on the piece have been removed.
Return Shipping Costs: You are responsible for arranging the secure shipment of the item back to our returns center, and bearing the cost of return shipping. Please ensure the returned item is adequately and securely packaged and insure your shipment. We cannot issue a refund unless the item is received by us in satisfactory condition at our returns center. However, once your return is received and checked, you will be fully refunded your original purchase price.
Special Editions (Gold & Diamond Stoppers), products with a personal engraving or furniture is made to order and cannot be cancelled or returned.

Please do not use any other cloths or sponges. Use only water and very gentle dishwashing liquid that will not corrode glass surfaces. Never use other agents such as: solvents, scouring agents, chemical cleaning agents, very aggressive detergents or detergents with scouring power. When cleaning, never use common kitchen or household sponges, steel wool or other rough sponges or cloths. Use only ultra-fine microfiber cloths like those employed for high-quality displays or eyeglasses. After hand washing, dry your Diamond Crystal exclusively with this kind of delicate ultra-fine microfiber cloth. After cleaning, briefly polish your Diamond Crystal with a fresh and dry microfiber cloth.
